My name is Dr. Matt Shepherd and I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist and Associate Professor. I have worked for many years with young people and their families.  I'm here to support you with any challenges that you may be facing. It can be daunting when faced with unexpected changes or feelings that become difficult to manage. It can also be a challenge to find the right support for yourself and/or family member.  I offer a supportive environment where I seek to understand your perspective so that the right support can be provided.
