CALL ME: 027 2180 912

I work with children, adolescents, adults and families. My approach to therapy is to use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (particularly mindfulness) and Family Therapy to achieve change. I take a pragmatic approach to solving problems. I would seek to meet initially for 1-2 sessions to gain an understanding of the issues and to then provide the required therapy. Because I am an Associate Professor at Massey University I keep up to date with the latest research and remain an active researcher, developing and evaluating many therapeutic interventions.
I am able to help with the following issues:
Depression
Anxiety
Aspergers
Trauma
Anger
Grief & Loss
Parenting issues
Relationship issues
Stress management
This is by no means a comprehensive list, so please contact me if you have any further queries.
